A Website designer, Marcia also has a deep knowledge of the Internet that qualifies her as a Webmaster.

Gene has an impressive background as a top level U.S. Government administrator and financial consultant to the small and minority business. A University of Minnesota law school graduate, he was legal counsel to the U.S. Senate's Small Business Committee, Assistant Secretary for Economic Development of the U.S. Department of Commerce and V.P., Dreyfus Fund, New York.

Gene was also the Head of the Small Business Administration (SBA) and later founded SCORE, the Service Corps of Retired Executives. Gene is the author of two books, and the recipient of numerous awards including the Distinguished Service Award from the National Council of Economic Development. He is now a highly regarded financial consultant to the U.S. Small and Medium Sized Business community. Gene makes his home in Washington, D.C.

Steve has over 18 years of experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors, instructing, directing and writing business plans for existing and start-up ventures.

He wrote the text for and instructed the entrepreneurs of the Entreprenurial Institute, the first business plan training program licensed by the Florida State Board of Non-Public Career Education. Steve has co-authored "Ten Minute Guide to Getting Organized", published by Macmillan & Company.

He holds an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS from the University of Houston. Steve now operates Windhaus Associates, an international business planning firm, and resides with his family in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Don has over 15 years of broad-ranging experience in financial services. He has owned several companies including Global Credit Control and Global Information Services in New Jersey. These firms supplied credit research and other financial information to financing institutions, law firms and insurance companies nationwide. He is currently President of KeyStar Capital.

The focus of Don's experience has been in helping small and medium-sized businesses with cash flow and working capital needs. This includes commercial loans, leasing, factoring, accounts receivable financing and business notes.

Recently, KeyStar Capital has made an affiliation with Diamond Financial Services which specializes in SBA lending for small and medium-sized businesses. A graduate of Farleigh Dickinson University, Don makes his home in Old Bridge, New Jersey.

Sal Donato

Sal has over 35 years of broad-ranging experience in many phases of art direction, and strategic/creative marketing and sales. In the 1980-90s, he was Creative Director of DDB Needham Worldwide and held the same position with D'Arcy Masius, Benton & Bowles in New York and Miami.

Sal has several advertising awards from the New York Art Director's Club, the Miami Addy Awards and the Chicago Gold Reel Award. He has also produced and directed documentaries for the Tourism Board of Ecuador and published "The History of the SS Norway" for LPGA Magazine. He is a graduate of Pratt Institute, and the Art Students League in New York. Sal and his family make their home in Jupiter, Florida.
