cash flow in less than 10 months and recently sold for $100
million.

was co-founder and COO for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Mortgages,
Inc., a built-from-scratch mortgage corporation. This firm concentrated
on wholesale flow acquisition of home mortgages and was later
bought and renamed Franklin Mortgage. It produced over $1 billion
in production.
